Well, I’ve never found a tree in an aerobic septic system. You never know what you’ll find at Caddo Lake! It sure is an awesome place.

It’s hard to appreciate quality work from a picture. I love phased inspections. You get to observe the build from start to finish. As a bonus, I get to have really good conversations with builders and contractors.

When the seller says, “I have a friend in the roofing business that made a few repairs.” Did he live on Henry Rd?

I think this is going to be a long inspection. I love older structures but I don’t think this one’s going to have many updates.

I had 2 inspections today and both had me enjoying the outdoors. I will always take time to bond with an animal. What’s not to love!!

K**b and tube wiring is a safety hazard. The pictures show why. Climbing through attics can be exciting at times. The buyer had no idea that this hazard was present. A $425 inspection saved the buyer thousands of dollars. This wasn’t even the worst part of the structure. It was a fun day!
