The Issues in Our Tissues with Dr. Kate Kyle
Join us for a free community talk on "The Issues in our Tissues" Led by Dr. Kate Kyle, DC. We will explore how stress and emotions can become stored in the body, causing pain, tension, dysfunction, and dis-ease. During the class you will learn specific mind-body tools that help unravel these patterns, melt stress, and allow emotions to process out of the body.

This talk will include a demonstration of Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), a powerful and valuable tool that addresses long-held stored emotional stresses.

This class is fully seated with minimal movement; come prepared to relax, listen and engage with questions or curiosities you might have. You will leave feeling empowered, lighter, more centered and connected with a greater understanding of yourself and your body.
