📉 Rates just dropped today.
These are the lowest rates we’ve seen since 2023.
We’re officially seeing low 6s and even high 5s, which is a big signal that 2026 may be a year worth planning for.
Why this matters:
🏡 Buyers: Lower rates = more buying power, lower monthly payments, and more flexibility when making an offer. Even a small rate drop can make a noticeable difference long-term.
🏷 Sellers: More buyers qualify when rates drop, which means more activity, more showings, and stronger demand for well-priced homes.
