Not feeling the street corn version? No problem. You can still grab one of our huge smoked potatoes and load it up with your choice of meat and all the fixings.

Just a heads up: we’ll be closed Friday, June 19th, for a catering event, but we’ll be open regular hours the rest of the week. And don’t worry we’ve got some great Father’s Day weekend specials planned for Saturday that you won’t want to miss!

Every Saturday is Pork Belly Burnt End Day!

It’s our most requested special, and we only make them on Saturdays. This week’s flavor is Big Red Pork Belly Burnt Ends!

We’ll have plenty of barbecue ready when the doors open at 11, along with everyone’s favorite mac and cheese. But fair warning burnt ends always go fast, so don’t wait too long!

Kick off the weekend with one of our smoked brisket burgers! Made with 100% fresh ground brisket, smoked low and slow and grilled to perfection, it’s a burger that you won’t want to miss!

One of the best sandwiches we’ve ever put on the special board is back this Thursday!

The Brisket Cheesesteak returns, and if you haven’t had one yet, this is your chance to fix that. We start with chopped brisket, smoked onions, and poblano peppers, pile on melted provolone cheese, and serve it with your choice of creamy green sauce, barbecue sauce, or green salsa.
