⚠️ 🏀 Our 1st Prototype Basketball shoe has come to life! Excited to share our design process as we aim to bring an option to hoopers not available anywhere else.
-
We took a look at nearly every detail which will help you play at your highest level, and dissected some of our old favorites to get precise. As a former basketball player who tried nearly every major release from Nike and jordan basketball shoes for 25 years.. I found success in certain pairs but also realized what doesn’t work.
-
Our unique approach not only finds your exact foot volume,, but depending on your foot strength, we can also engineer the shoe to have the right amount of support and not too much. We’re aiming to bridge that gap between floppy/minimal shoe and over supportive clunky basketball shoe.
-
Every athlete is unique. Your foot & toe shapes, your foot/ankle strength are all accounted for in our unique process. My pair should lean towards the flexible end as my body has adjusted to minimal footwear for years and doesn’t need the typical amount of cushion that inflates every bball shoe on the market. When you’re low to the ground, your court feel is such an advantage.
-
They’re not going to be for everybody.. but for some, this will change their whole approach on court to move stronger and keep your feet feeling fresh. Let us know your thoughts!

More pics and testing results to come

Custom crafted all-day slides: This outsole/midsole was initially printed for an upper but it had some blemishes and got put in our recycle bin. made good use and added the deco/functional stitching inside for a custom fit slide with plenty of room for toe recovery post-game, or all day comfort. Just a side project for fun.. but let us know what you think.

And if you’ve seen these in the Seattle area, let em know is looking for them !! Last seen on a soccer field before they mysteriously vanished. 🤨

We are set on developing footwear that works in tune with your body. We made some updates to our Bio1 (casual trainer) and each of us are now testing a new upper pattern and outsole traction with more rounded edges.
-
Each shoe is hand built to your exact specs: This specific pair was made for my foot shape (Chad), and my preference of minimal / zero drop cushioning.
-
We plan to have 6 levels of cushioning that vary; depending on your foot strength and footwear history.
-
We have a limited number of pairs that we can produce with the amount of labor that goes into each pair. More progress on the horizon.
