The Base Longview

So now that Baseball is over I want to get a Project started that I have been meaning too for awhile now. Looking too start The Base Hiking Club. Fridays or Saturdays. Let me know if interested and if so let’s get something set. My 48th bday is in Sept and my goal for this year is the Loowit Trail around Mt. St. Helens. Need to work up too it. Remember ladies, Women’s Only started Today!!

Every Tuesday at 10am come learn from Cowlitz County’s first female Black Belt.

Professor Amy has 11 years of experience in competing, coaching, and reffing. Whether you want to learn self defense, gain skills, make new friends, or simply get out of the house this class is for you.

Bonus, it’s right before homeschool/kids day class so bring the kids!

No Kids Classes tonight. Adults class is Open Mat at 6pm

Gonna let this heatwave pass by tonight. No Kids Classes. Adults Open Mat 6:15 Nogi. Weather cools off significantly. Remember too take advantage of the Kids Day classes through summer as well. Hydrate and See y’all on the Mats ASAP. Coach Ryan

Join us for our Women’s Only Classes that are restarting this month.

Professor Amy Hart is Cowlitz County’s First Female Black Belt and one of The Base Longview’s head instructors. She has been training/coaching for 11 years and holds multiple competition titles.

This class is for Women and Girls ages 13 and up with exceptions to those training with a parent/older sibling.

In true Base form your first class is free to try.
