One thing about me, I’ll never miss an opportunity to go see the ocean. 🌊

I’m a coast girl through and through, no matter which coast it is. There’s just something about salty air, crashing waves, and endless horizons that feels like home.

One of the greatest gifts this job has given me is the opportunity to photograph so many incredible people while exploring some of the most beautiful places. The Oregon Coast, especially, has introduced me to couples and families from all over the country who travel here because they’ve fallen in love with its rugged beauty, dramatic cliffs, misty beaches, and quiet charm.

Every session feels a little different. Some people are experiencing the coast for the very first time, while others return year after year because it holds a special place in their hearts. I get to hear their stories, learn where they’re from, and document memories in a place that never gets old to me.

Getting booked at the ocean will always be one of my favorite parts of this job. Not just because of the views, but because of the people I get to meet and the moments I get to preserve along the way.

Forever grateful that my “office” sometimes looks like this. 🤍

Family sessions are one of my favorite things to photograph because they capture so much more than just what everyone looked like in a certain season of life.

They capture personalities.
The little things you’ll forget.
The way your kids fit in your arms.
The way they look at you.
The love, laughter, and connection that make your family yours.

Before your session, I want you to know that you don’t need to worry about being perfect.

Your kids don’t need to sit still the entire time.
You don’t need to know how to pose.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive.

That’s my job.

The most meaningful photos usually happen in between the poses, the giggles, the cuddles, the hand-holding, the forehead kisses, and the moments that unfold naturally when you’re simply together.

So come ready to play, snuggle your babies, laugh a little extra, and trust the process.

Years from now, these photos won’t be valuable because everyone’s hair was perfect or because every child looked at the camera at the exact same moment.

They’ll be valuable because they remind you exactly what this season felt like.

And that is always worth documenting. 🤍
