Ingredients:

½ cup Peanut Butter

¼ cup milk

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup/Honey

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips/crushed nuts of choice

Instructions:

-Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips/nuts until a dough forms.

-Mix in chocolate chips/nuts until evenly incorporated.

-Roll into balls and enjoy

Try out this delicious recipe using our pasture raised beef sirloin steaks.

Garlic Butter Steak Bites



Ingredients:

1 lb Sirloing Steak cut into 1 inch pieces

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

¼ cup Butter

4 cloves Garlic

2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (can sub with any fresh herbs or 2 tsp dried herbs)

Salt and pepper to taste



Directions:

1. Pat steak bites dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat, and heat the olive oil.

3. Add steak bites and sear for 4-5 minutes total, flipping to different sides every 1-2 minutes until a browned crust forms on all sides.

4. Reduce heat to low and add the butter to melt.

5. Add garlic and herbs and saute for about 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally to coat the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.

6. Remove from pan and serve over pasta, rice, mashed potatoes or zucchini/squash noodles.

Skip the grocery store rush🤪 and questionable quality 🫣and stop by Friday from 12-4pm or Saturday from 10am-4pm to grab sometime delicious for the long weekend.🤠

We have a half cow/beef available. Cows are booked for Tuesday. Cut sheets (custom processing) needs to be filled out ASAP.
