Logos Edge Activity Center is looking for a passionate and reliable Evening Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment while teaching proper technique, skill progressions, and a love for gymnastics.

Position Details:
• Monday–Friday, 1:00–8:30 PM
• $15+/hour, depending on qualifications
• Some schedule flexibility may be required

Qualifications:
• Gymnastics coaching or childcare experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• USAG Safety Certified or willing to obtain
• Positive attitude and passion for gymnastics

We offer a supportive, family-oriented environment, ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young athletes.

Director / Head Gymnastics Coach

Logos Edge Activity Center is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Director / Head Gymnastics Coach to lead and grow our gymnastics program in Longview, Texas.

We are looking for a strong leader with 3–5 years of gymnastics coaching experience who can confidently coach athletes from recreational gymnastics through elite-level training. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and committed to developing athletes, mentoring coaches, and creating a positive, athlete-centered culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the gymnastics program.
- Coach recreational and competitive athletes across all levels.
- Develop training plans, skill progressions, and athlete development strategies.
- Mentor, support, and manage coaching staff.
- Help grow and promote the gymnastics program.
- Coordinate camps, clinics, and special events.
- Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging gym environment.
- Build strong relationships with athletes, families, and staff.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of gymnastics coaching experience required.
- Experience coaching athletes from recreational through elite levels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of gymnastics progressions, athlete development, and safety standards.
- Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends.
- USAG experience preferred, but not required.
