Tucked into the mountains of Allenspark, Ski Road was designed as a retreat where simplicity, comfort, and the surrounding landscape take center stage.

Expansive south-facing windows and doors fill the home with natural light throughout the day while framing stunning views of the forest and mountains beyond. Whether gathered in the living room or waking up in one of the bedrooms, the connection to the outdoors is present by creating spaces that feel bright, peaceful, and deeply rooted in their setting.

We’re proud to share that F9 Productions Co-Founders and Principal Architects, Lance Cayko and Alex Gore, have been named to the 2026 ColoradoBiz ICONS list.

The ICONS designation recognizes accomplished leaders with more than 15 years of professional achievement who have made a lasting impact on Colorado’s business landscape through leadership, innovation, and sustained excellence.

Since founding F9 Productions in 2009, Lance and Alex have helped shape the built environment across Colorado while growing the firm into a trusted architecture and design-build partner.

Their commitment to practical design, construction expertise, mentorship, and continuous improvement has been instrumental in the firm's success and influence throughout the industry.

The power of updated finishes and new glazing completely transformed this bedroom into a warm, light-filled retreat.

What was once a closed-off and dated bedroom is now an inviting space with a softer palette, natural textures, and expansive windows that reframe the mountain views and bring the outdoors in. Every detail was designed to create a calm and elevated atmosphere.

Currently in the works on something special for an upcoming event that we’re excited to be a part of.

A new custom home project in Morrison designed to bring the outdoors in.

Featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, expansive walls of glass framing the natural views, warm interior wood accents, and modern metal exterior finishes, this home was designed with both connection and comfort in mind.

Additionally, the home includes an open-concept layout, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a walkout basement designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Excited to see this one continue to come to life.

This staircase transformation completely changed the feel of the home with updated flooring, modern railings, fresh finishes, and lighting that highlights the height and openness of the space. Small changes in finishes and materials can make a huge impact.

Meet our Interior Designer, Alayna Moeller!

Alayna was born and raised in Central Minnesota and has always been fascinated by the design and layout of interior spaces. Her passion led her to North Dakota State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Strategic Communications. Her senior capstone earned her the “Culture of Design” award, recognizing strong design skills.

Alayna started interning with F9 in the summer of 2025 and is excited to officially join the team full time.

In her free time, you can usually find her reading, spending time outdoors, antiquing, or being with family and friends.
