When I’m buried behind my 📱 and 💻, up early checking messages, responding to emails during my car ride home, and feeling generally exhausted, I think of traveling the world 🌎 with my little family and I remember the WHY behind the grind.

Motivation is the ‘why’, discipline is the ‘how’.
I try to forgive myself for losing sight of my goals sometimes, and then remind myself that getting back up, even when I’m not feeling 💯 % , is probably the most important component to success.
