I love lush flowers and green grass…it’s always green where I put my time, energy and love. I’ve been pouring that energy into myself every morning and every night after my work is done. I see it work in my life, when I put in the work 💗

Dance is like the opposite of addiction
You’d do anything for it but it will only serve to express and connect the most beautiful parts of your soul closer together. It’s an extraordinary power that comes from within versus without. It’s not a high you come down from, it stays with you forever. Dancers know how to fly without wings. I love 💗 my dancer soul, always and forever

Checking in here. I love the raw realness of connecting, one human to another. Sometimes it’s in a group of people and sometimes I’ll be assigned to lead that discussion…and it feels like purpose. It’s all day, in all the facets of my life. It’s the warmth of my own soul buzzing, speaking, so fu***ng bright. I’m led to my heart ♥️ and you, led back to yours. I get paid to do that and I don’t get paid to do that, and I show up to do that because it’s saving my life. It’s all of me, now. This is all of me, now.
