The organization now known as Safe Refuge began in 1988 and was known as the Substance Abuse Foundat
Now in its 26th year, Safe Refuge is known for offering a complete continuum of care: from residential and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment to helping clients ultimately gain employment so that they may retake control of their lives. At Safe Refuge, we believe everyone deserves the chance to recover from addictions to alcohol or drugs and so our programs are open to the population at large –
