The time has finally come to collect data!
This research project is something I’ve been working on for some time, and as someone with NPC/bodybuilding experience this topic was of interest to me.
I am looking for NPC/IFBB competitors, bodybuilders, and general exercisers to participate in a study to expand the discussion on body image and the impact on performance.
If that’s you please follow the link below to complete the questionnaire 🏋🏾🏋🏾 all data collected will remain anonymous!

The marathon continues 🏁
In the meantime, though, I’ll relish in the joy of accomplishing another milestone, and being able to celebrate with some family and great cohort members!

This one is to 30.
Thankful and very appreciative of all the texts, calls, and birthday wishes! The amount of love felt was great 🙏🏾
Open for this next year’s challenges, opportunities, and accomplishments to come!
01/23/2021
Last year was challenging for a lot of us, so in 2021 I just want to be more attentive to the opportunities to come instead of what I felt like was lost.
What’s going to be your focus?
Today, I wanted to share an easy home workout routine that can be completed with little difficulty. The only equipment needed would be a set of resistance bands, depending on what you can control.
*Note: The push up bars are not necessary
In the video clip you’re seeing the following movements:
1) Squat With Standing Rotation
2) Resistance Band Bent-Over Row
3) Push Ups (Neutral grip, if bars are available)
4) Mountain Climbers
5) Resistance Band Curls
Here you are going to complete four sets of 15-20 repetitions per movement with exception to our “Mountain Climbers”, which would be completed as four sets at 45 seconds each.
The key with this grouping would be our intensity, so in order to keep the intensity relatively high you are only going to take 25-30 second rest between each set.
This would look like...
▪️Set 1 of 15-20 reps
▪️25-30 second rest
▪️Set 2 of 15-20 reps
▪️25-30 second rest
And so on until completion of all four sets before moving onto the next movement.
Give it a shot and as always if you have any questions feel free to send them my way 🤙🏾
Last but not least head over to my instagram , and give me a follow.
I apologize for the delay with posting content, but I am planning on getting more going for this page very soon!
Thank you for your patience and all the people liking the page! It is definitely appreciated.
In the meantime, is there any particular health, fitness, or nutrition topic that anyone would like me to address?

Took me years to realize you can’t always force opportunity to come, but being present and ready is when it all fits.
Also, don’t be like ‘09 Aeres. Take care of yourself and exercise, chase health in all aspects of life. You’ll thank yourself later.
Cheers to your health, happiness, and strength to endure 🤞🏾
Happy New Years!
Be safe tonight and take a shot for ya boy

As we bring the end of Mental Health Awareness Day I want to just leave you all with this...
YOU MATTER!
No matter what please understand that you have a support system, and there are people willing to help you during your times of need/darkness. I am always available via messages.
Anxiety/Stress and Depression are just a few of the common mental disturbances that so many of us battle with daily, so you are not alone. It is not uncommon for someone to seem perfectly fine, but in reality they are suffering. People can be very well be high-functioning and still depressed or dealing with chronic anxiety, which is not to be overlooked.
Your feelings are valid. As cliche as it may be, "It's okay not to be okay all the time".
We must learn how to process our emotions and find ways to cultivate our perceptions on mental health to live more freely!
