June is Menās Mental Health Monthā¦and this one I had to speak on.
Too many of us were taught that strength means silence.
It doesnāt.
Itās okay to be sad.
Itās okay to feel it.
Itās okay to talk about it, even to other men. Especially to other men.
Youāre not a burden.
Youāre human. š
Some of us are grieving a version of ourselves we never even got to meet. But the fact that youāre aware of it? Thatās already the shift. Stop mourning who you couldāve been, start becoming who you still can be. š

Lifeās been a little weird lately. Not sure if it has been for anyone else? Coming off the high of my birthday, then work, and everything else in between. Fighting hard to smile everyday and find reasons to. Thereās so much I wanna do and sometimes it feels like there is no time.
