The program is designed in a cohort format where 18-25 students take the same courses together.

The Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts (BALA) Degree Completion Program at California State University, Long Beach is a specialized program for non-traditional students. Aimed at students with 78 baccalaureate level units, this program provides a customized schedule and curriculum necessary to finish a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. This team-learning environment provides students with professional networking opportunities.
