At 4GIRLS, we have the unique joy and privilege to bring empowerment, inspiration, and fulfillment to middle school girls. As we reflect on International Women’s Day, we are reminded of how much female empowerment has grown within our society and across the world, along with how many new opportunities young girls and women have now compared to years past 🙌

We are thankful to be part of a middle school girl’s journey and appreciate all the women and volunteers behind our workshop, empowerment events, and organization as a whole. 🙏

Join us for a Guided Painting Workshop! 🖼️

This guided painting workshop offers a fun and supportive space for girls to express themselves through art. A facilitator will lead participants step by step while encouraging creativity and personal expression. No painting experience is needed, and all materials are provided. Girls will leave with a finished piece of artwork and a sense of confidence and accomplishment. 🎨🖌️

We need YOU for our 2026 Empowerment Conference! Whether you’re a seasoned leader, professional, educator, or passionate community advocate, we are seeking Adult Mentors to support and inspire the next generation of girls.

As an Adult Mentor, you’ll work alongside our Junior Mentors to guide and support middle school girls on their journey to confidence, creativity, and self-acceptance. Witness firsthand the transformation that happens throughout the weekend while gaining leadership experience, making lasting connections, and helping to create a positive, empowering environment for every participant.

📅: March 21st & 22nd (Mandatory Training on March 7th)
⏰: Community service hours provided

ATTENTION HIGHSCHOOL GIRLS!! 📚💝

We need YOU for our 2026 Empowerment Conference! Whether you are shy or outgoing, we are looking for girls to serve as Junior Mentors for our conference.

As a Junior Mentor, you’ll work closely with an Adult Mentor to guide our Middle School participants through the weekend’s activities, all the while gaining valuable leadership skills, making meaningful connections, and experiencing the joy of empowering the next generation of girls. Additionally, you’ll receive community service hours.
