I went to farmer’s market and got some high quality oranges, blood oranges, grapefruit and lemon and juiced them with my citrus press! Amazing!

This salad surprisingly tasted a lot like the vegan BBQ chicken salad at Hungry Angelina!

Dressing: red bell pepper, h**p seeds, lime, smoked paprika & chipotle powder.

Salad: iceberg lettuce, roma tomatoes, cucumber, green onion & Trader Joe’s sauerkraut.

Yum!
