New SMG clutch, flywheel, release bearing, pilot bearing, pivot pin, clip and guide tube for this M5. This car originally had the metal sleeve release bearing that was revised on later models and replacement parts. This is the result of prolonged wear, heat and scoring due to insufficient lubrication and friction.

Many times suspension component fasteners are torque to yield and are not designed to be used after the initial torque has been reached. This Audi S4 experienced shock fastener failure due to a previous lowering spring installation from another repair facility over torquing the bolt. We repaired the threads with a steel timesert of 25mm and replaced the bolt with a new genuine Audi part and torqued to specifications.

Common Audi MMI screen issue. The swivel mechanism pinches the harness due to insufficient length. Extending the wires and properly soldering and heat shrinking brought this MMI back to life.

2015 Audi S4 B8.5 in for reduced engine performance and misfire. Heat exchangers are a common failure point to allow coolant to get into the intake track and coagulate the intake valves.

We replaced the heat exchangers, spark plugs, coolant lines to the supercharger, walnut blasted the intake valves, and replaced the PCV system.

OS Giken Super Lock Limited Slip Differential installation for a 2015 Subaru WRX. All seals, bearings, bearing races were replaced. Pinion depth and crown gear backlash was set to OEM specifications.
