You have to learn the soil, pull the weeds, water it consistently - even on the days you don’t feel like it. Love is the seed, but what grows depends on your ability to: • show up when it’s inconvenient • communicate when it’s uncomfortable • repair instead of retreating • heal your own wounds so they don’t pollute the relationship Lasting couples aren’t the ones who love the most. 
They’re the ones who keep learning.

When dreams become expectations it gets messy. I crushed myself and lost my sense of play because I felt I wasn’t “making it”. Now I just pretend I already did, I’m retired/rewired and having fun haha This was filmed two years ago in Canada and I had only shared it elsewhere but was just encouraged to post it here 🙌🥳 thank you for being so awesome and engaging with these. I feel that a diff version of my dream I never expected is happening cause I let go … kinda (I’m still trying haha, it’s not easy)
