A BIG thank you to all of the CSULB MTNA people who helped clean our piano practice rooms as well as renovate room B3!!

Two years ago, the CSULB MTNA chapter hosted the first ever practice room renovation for rooms B10-B13 by installing new carpet, painting the walls, applying base board trims, and completely cleaning the rooms.

Fast forward to today, we re-cleaned rooms B10-13 by doing some much needed vacuuming, dusting, polishing the pianos, and organizing the bookshelves. However, our big project was cleaning room B3 and installing NEW carpeting. In addition, both rooms B3 and B1 were furnished with new lamps and bookshelves. All of this makes our practice rooms a more comfortable, inviting space.

Stay tuned for future practice room clean-up projects, and happy practicing!! ☀️🎹

CSULB MTNA’s collegiate chapter had a VERY successful event with the amazing Dr. Deborah How of Bravura Innovations! Students learned the practical side of building their studios, marketing, and branding themselves as musicians. The reception of the event and of becoming MTNA members was overwhelmingly positive, with nearly fifty people in attendance. Thank you, Dr. How!
