This is what a real renovation looks like behind the scenes.
From demolition to framing to finishes, the Stanbridge project was a full home transformation completed in three phases. Front yard, garage conversion, and a complete open-concept interior remodel. Our in-house team handled design, permits, and construction from start to finish in Long Beach, CA.
Three phases. One vision. This is where it all started.
The Stanbridge Residence in Long Beach came to us as a home that needed a complete facelift. The front yard was overgrown with weeds, the garage was being used as storage, and the interior had wall s separating every room. Our team designed and built a full transformation across three phases, keeping the clients involved every step of the way.

The Stanbridge Residence is one of those projects that reminds us why we work the way we do. Not one room at a time. The whole picture.
Three phases over nine months. A front yard that went from overgrown to genuinely inviting. A garage cleared out, renovated, and turned into a space with actual purpose. An interior where the walls came down, the light came in, and every finish was chosen to reflect exactly who the homeowners are.
That's what a full home remodel really is. Not a kitchen remodel here and a landscape design touch-up there. It's a home renovation that looks at everything at once and asks what this place could actually be.
When it all comes together, you don't just get a better-looking house. You get a home that finally makes sense.

When the homeowners told us they wanted sage green cabinets, brass accents, and a pink and brick backsplash, we didn't hesitate. That combination is bold, warm, and completely theirs. And that's exactly what great kitchen design should be.
The sage green grounds the space without making it feel heavy. The brass pulls warmth through every detail. The backsplash is the thing that makes you stop and look twice. You won't find that one in a showroom catalogue.
This is what home renovation looks like when someone actually knows what they want. Not a trend. Not a template. A home improvement that starts with the people who are going to live with it every day.
That's the part of interior design nobody talks about enough. The best spaces don't just look good. They feel like you.

This project came to us mid-design. The bones were there, but it wasn't quite right for the homeowners who were going to live there. They needed more room. A kitchen that could handle a real family. A yard that worked.
What they got: an open floor plan that actually flows. A kitchen remodel built around how they cook and gather. A brand new room addition. A landscape that finally makes sense.
This is what home renovation looks like when it's done right. Not just updating a space, but reshaping it around the people who live there. A living room design that breathes. A home remodel before and after that you actually feel.
And a house that finally fits the life they're living.

From the blueprint to the build.
What started as a line on paper is now framing, demo, and dust.
This is the part most people don't see when the plan becomes real.
For this project the clients love to host, so the brief was simple: a kitchen open enough for everyone to gather, without losing function.
In our design, we decided to take down the wall between kitchen and dining room, expand into the former office for a pantry and more storage, enlarge the island, and add a peninsula for seating and flow.

A well-designed multifamily renovation improves more than aesthetics.
It improves livability, durability, and long-term performance for both tenants and owners.
Functional layouts, durable materials, and efficient construction can significantly increase a property's value while creating spaces people genuinely enjoy living in.
This is where good design meets smart investment.

Spring is one of the most active seasons for renovation planning. In SoCal, we’re seeing several trends continue to shape how homeowners approach improvements:
• Indoor-outdoor living spaces
• ADUs for flexible housing
• Natural materials and warm minimalism
• Sustainable upgrades that improve long-term efficiency
These shifts reflect something bigger — people want homes that work better for how they actually live.
