Get to know our new teammates!
Donald, originally from Texas and Kaitlin, originally from Arizona, met while living in the same apartment complex in Sacramento. In 2020, the couple made the move to Long Beach and quickly figured out Southern California life is for them – spending their weekends paddleboarding, throwing the football on the beach and trying all the local cuisine.
With a passion for mid-century modern architecture, frequenting Palm Springs for inspiration, they set their sights on the Cliff May Ranchos in 2023 and became residents of this wonderful neighborhood in December of 2023.
Donald and Kaitlin love to host friends and family in their beautifully curated home – often times challenging neighbors to a round of put-put on their putting green. You’ve likely seen them strolling the neighborhood with their two pups, Bear and Lucy, while their cat Mia sits at home wishing she was the one on the walk.
