CSULB Leadership Academy is a curriculum of workshops designed to cultivate leadership excellence.
The purpose of the CSULB Leadership Academy is:
(1) to develop civic minded leaders, (2) to improve leadership competence and cultivate the potential of future leaders, (3) to develop practical application and increase understanding of leadership roles, (4) to connect the academic classroom experience with daily leadership roles and organizational activities, (5) to develop the skills needed to have a positive impact on your community, (6) to better understand how to apply leadership to your life.
