Commune Communication
Commune is Long Beach’s best and most creative ad agency. Let us prove it to you. We’ve worked on the big car accounts. And we still do those things!
We’re a bunch of experts from around the world who left those big offices and gathered together to start something special in Long Beach. We’ve sold fancy shoes and big name burgers. It’s just that now we do it from our home in Long Beach where we can also help our city and its businesses sell its own cars, shoes and burgers! Reach out if you want your business to look or perform better. That’s what we do, and we’ll have fun doing it together too.
Our 2026 campaign for AquaLink & AquaBus sets sail, just in time for the glorious return of 7 day service. Like what you sea?

The wait. Is. Over. Presenting Commune’s contribution to the Super Bowl advertising discourse: this one banner ad from our new Let’s Transit campaign. It’s been running for a month now, just thought you’d want to see it.
Did we “win” the Super Bowl ?
(In all seriousness, more goodies to come from this campaign in the near future!)

It’s official, we’ll never get tired of seeing our work in the wild. When tasked us with a new campaign that summed up the vibe of this one-of-a-kind area, it felt personal. After all, Downtown Long Beach is where Commune HQ lives, so we had to do it justice.
After throwing countless spaghetti noodles, and rounds and rounds of brain storms, we realized that the best way to describe Downtown Long Beach is by saying what it’s not: ordinary. It’s swan boats and Indycars. It’s hamburgers and drag shows. It’s petting a shark and festivals after dark. And a hundred other unexpected things.
So if you’re in the area any time soon, be sure to look up (and think of us!).
