Im am going to start my official mental health journey today. It will require me to live a sober life style which im ready for. Working on me to be a better parent, business owner, spouse, daughter, sister. I need to get my head together so i can open up again. I have been so depressed and emotionally cut off that i dont where to start to heal. Today i take time for me.
