Congratulations to City of Monterey Recreation and Community Services on their award for Most Unique Programming Award through the CPRS Aging Section.
At the Langley Center, Love for Our Elders has grown into something truly special—a space where generations meet, not just in passing, but in meaningful connection. What began as a vision to bring seniors and high school students together has blossomed into moments filled with laughter, creativity, and heartfelt companionship. Whether they’re singing karaoke, sharing stories over games, expressing themselves through artwork, or recently decorating Spring tote bags together, these simple activities have created lasting memories for everyone involved. For the seniors, these visits became moments they eagerly anticipate, reminders that they are seen, valued, and loved. And for the students, it became an opportunity to listen, learn, and connect in ways that leave a lasting impression on their hearts. In each shared smile and conversation, Love for Our Elders continues to bridge generations, proving that even small moments of togetherness can leave the deepest impact.
We look forward to seeing all the great things you do for your senior community.

Congratulations to City of Fountain Valley on their award for Most Unique Programming Award through the CPRS Aging Section.
The Fountain Valley Senior Summer Camp flips senior recreation on its head—bringing the joy, freedom, and nostalgia of summer camp to older adults. From Chair Volleyball to Jeopardy, seniors move, laugh, and connect in a playful, immersive environment. Friendships form, isolation fades, and participants leave empowered, inspired, and eager to return. Camp isn’t just an event—it’s a movement. It transforms lives, strengthens community, and shows that thoughtful, creative programming can spark joy, health, and connection that truly lasts.
We look forward to seeing all the great things you do for your senior community.
