I am so honored to be featured as a keynote speaker at the BEACH Women in Engineering Conference tomorrow at !
I will be speaking on the digital information age and how digital engineering aids critical thinking, artificial intelligence, and so much more 😎.
This is so special for me because I’m one proud alumna and my daughter is a student here now, too. GO BEACH 🚀🚀🚀!!!

This space T-shirt for the win 🙌🏽. Happy Women’s History Month 🚀.
I love the space industry so much, especially because I can wear shirts like this and everyone gets it 😝.
But in all honestly, I wear this shirt of Lt Uhura proudly. What she did on screen, as well as off screen, was truly historic. Nichelle Nichols played a fictional character but it was the first time a Black woman was portrayed with a position of power on television. Off screen she partnered with actual space organizations to help pave the way for underrepresented groups to enter STEM fields.
She was such a powerhouse and her legacy lives on 🖖🏽.

Happy International Women’s Day!
The theme this year is, “Give to gain”. This is something that I truly hold near and dear to my heart. Every month, I volunteer because it brings me so much joy. I particularly love doing K-12 STEM outreach for schools all over the world. From across our nation to spanning the continents, connecting with children through planetary science is something that connects us all—we all share the same Sun, Moon, and the stars.
But what got me started? We all have an origin story, and mine is somewhat simple. I was a stubborn girl who was determined to achieve. I never stopped asking questions, and I was raised to always uplift people around me, especially those who were different. I soon realized that I was different and through my awesome parents, incredible mentors, leaders, and bosses, I was able to use “my different” as a superpower. And now, I encourage everyone to use “their different” to shine, to achieve, and to reach beyond the stars.
Let’s all give to gain. What’s your space origin story? Empowerment is contagious—pass it on!

Happy Women’s History Month!
This is the year of, “Leading Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future.”
I was a girl who dared to dream and decided to make a lot of noise. Today, I volunteer, I inspire, and I uplift the people around me. Everyone can win—this is not a competition.
Where my girls at?

Thank you, !
I had an amazing time speaking at the Black History Month celebration. It was extra special seeing the many Black aerospace pioneers highlighted in the school’s extensive Black History exhibit.
These K-8 students were highly engaged, asked very intelligent questions, and their insatiably curious minds truly inspired me. These are the kids of , and the future of the Long Beach aerospace industry is in excellent hands.
Through education, world history, and deep connection, the Westerly School of Long Beach is creating a strong talent pipeline for our future leaders. It’s moments like this that keep me hopeful, encouraged, and on a mission to create STEM access for all kids 🚀.
*To all the parents and teachers who took photos with the kiddos and other performers and would like to post, feel free to tag me. But please DM me before any videos are publicly posted 🫶🏽.*

I am full of gratitude.
An organization on the East Coast contacted me and I signed, sealed, and delivered 19 copies of my latest children’s book, “Pearl The Space Girl: The A to Z Adventure of Exploring Space Careers”.
I am truly blown away, humbled, and honored.
If interested, more information about my children’s book can be found at the link in bio 💗🫶🏽.

I wear it proudly on my shirt because:
✅ I want little Black girls to know what’s within their reach
✅ Representation matters
✅ It’s Black History Month
✅ I Definitely Earned It (see what I did there?) 💅🏽
Happy Black History Month to everyone. Black history is for everyone, and when we band together, we can all do great things. We are better united than divided.
I’m on a mission to make space for everyone in the industry I love so much. Scientific discovery and space exploration for the win 😎.

I’m honored to be invited back as a speaker at the upcoming Young Women’s Career Conference (YWCC) at the Girls Academic Leadership Academy (GALA) in the heart of Los Angeles.
This year’s agenda is as follows:
✅ Hustle with purpose
✅ Lead with confidence
✅ Make your mark
I’m thrilled to share my unconventional, yet fruitful, journey to leading development space innovations and engineering organizations across the globe 🚀.
My mission is to inspire, to motivate, and to ensure that we all know how to take up space (pun intended 🤓).

Today is a great day to buy Pearl the Space Girl: The A to Z adventure of exploring space careers 🚀! Link 👉🏽: https://spacedoutdoc.com/f/pearl-the-space-girl-%7C-in-honor-of-black-history-month
In honor of Black History Month 2026, I am on a mission to share the multitude of academic and career opportunities that exist today in the space industry. These roles are for everyone, and many Black trailblazers have made these opportunities a reality. In 2025, I wrote and published a children’s book in efforts to encapsulate a world of possibilities for all. You can purchase your hardback or softback today!
I created Pearl the Space Girl, a heroine for all kids, especially for underrepresented kids. Normalizing diversity supports inclusion and equity across the spaces that have historically excluded those who were different. Today, space education and careers have a disproportionate number of underrepresented groups, and this children’s book is meant for teachers, parents, legal guardians, caregivers, foster parents, and loved ones alike to read this with the children in their lives to encourage them to pursue these critical fields in the space industry.
Shoutout to the incredible artist who brought this concept to life, . What a powerhouse and a pure soul. Give her a follow and support 👏🏽 her 👏🏽 incredible 👏🏽 art!
Happy Black History Month 🚀!
