, share, we change. Our purpose is to inspire disadvantaged youth to act in making entrepreneurial and career dreams a reality. We embody an inclusive and nurturing corporate culture with unique youth employment opportunities that provide occupational skills and entrepreneurial mindset development. Youth embark on our collective journey and commit to volunteerism to impact positive social change through our programs and initiatives and gain access to financial equity and community resources. We prepare disadvantaged youth with tactics on managing money and saving while developing a plan for building a career and connections to jobs with mentoring opportunities to help get there. We endeavor to share knowledge, recognize talent, enrich skills, and empower the next generation of disadvantaged entrepreneurs (ages 14-24) to reach their full potential and learn from others. Social innovation can flourish only through promoting knowledge and developing youth leadership skills.
