On the other hand, Truck Drivers are under the careful watch, direction, Supervision, and records CDL, SSN, Ins, Credit, background, address, Alcohol & Drug, HOS, Truck Registration, everithing. The fact is Truck Drivers need to be Federal Employees and earn higher pay and better benefits.

Realistically, A person is Transporting something illegal across State lines and is apprehended. The person is charged with a crime and its a Federal Crime and charge plus incarcerated in Federal Prison, right? As a result, Truck Drivers need to be Federal Employees because we Transport goods and cross State lines to Deliver for the American economy.

First, I appreciate you visiting Clean Truck Driver Program.
This page is dedicated to Truck Drivers, in fact, We need to become a union.

I understand of American Trucking Association, California Trucking Association, Owner Operators Independant Drivers Association, FMCSA, USDOT, realostically, I have not read anyone of one this groups DEFEND Truck Drivers.

"I have a Dream." Vision, goal, to Unite all Truck Drivers, Truck Owners to become a Union. The most powerful Union in the World because without Truck Owners, Truck Drivers, the Supply and Demand will not exist.

The Truck Driver industry has been around about 100 years ans started with Owner Operators that will earn a fraction of the freight.

There were no Brokers.

The Motor Carrier Act of 1980 is passed.

Trucking Industry was rolling the right way plus the Goods are Supplied to the economic Demand.

My oipinion is for this industry to become the way it was in 1930s.

I am ready to move forward and get into a better truck bcs the one I have needs to be resting.

I call my truck The Little Engine that Could.

They say these trucks are No Bueno (good), yet my truck does not give up. I got somewhat goos tires, fuel filter, and wash, wax so my truck can look good.

I am proud of The Little Engine that Could so when you see it, show some respect bcs some of us or some things just don't give up.

I want to know the reasons a broker contacts me and asks me... What is your rate to transport from here to here?

Advice: Contract a Carrier and be faithful to that Carrier, make the transportation payment and don't try to keep the money bcs broker is not putting its own life in danger or the life of others.
Broker sitting behind a desk, with your phone and computer drinking a nice drink and searching for a Carrier that will rate you less.

Or make up fake names to swindle the Carrier.
Truck Drivers have a especial character and this character is not in everyone.

Stop the Broker abuse of paying Carriers less than what it is earned.

A word of advice to POLA & POLB, do not leave any drivers in the terminal for 2nd shift to serve. If TEX are not served on the first shift, then the second shift will be backed up.

In a nutshell, First Shift, complete all the TEX and leave a clean floor, as a result, Second Shift will start with a clean floor plus Serve and Supply tje economy with Goods.

This is my opinion and respect my opinion.

Clean TruckDriver Program will educate the drivers, such as, information regarding the chassis. A chassis has two safety programs the PM and the BIT. The PM is conducted every year when it has expired. The BIT is conducted every 90 days.

A lot of drivers do not have knowledge of this SAFETY information.

Clean Truck Driver Program is for the driver to be knowledgeable on the SAFETY of the equipment where the cargo owner's container is mounted on for transportation and delivery by driver's services.
