I have personally worked with the brewery owner and their importer for more than a year to be the FIRST IN AMERICA to bring you Yamahoushi "BAKURAI" ("Depth Charge"). This is extra special, because it is THE MOST DRY Sake IN Japan, with an SMV of **+28**. Despite that, it’s extremely drinkable! We will be doing a tasting with on March 18th, but you can try the full flight, out pick up a bottle, right now!
