Langston Michael Love made his surprise arrival two weeks early on 10/18 at 10:18pm, weighing 6 lbs 10 oz — with a birth story that’ll truly blow your mind! 🤯

We went from moving into our new house to going into labor all on the same day — talk about a grand entrance! 🏡✨

We’re overjoyed to have him earth side & soaking up every newborn snuggle while knee-deep in the chaos of unpacking boxes & chasing after big brother Marshall.

Thank you, God, for keeping both me & this beautiful baby safe, healthy, & recovering well after an unexpected home birth. Our hearts (& our new home!) are so full. 🙏🏾💙 🙏🏾💙

Living my best working mom life and barely posting about it. When I wake up, I’ve been saying out loud “Something amazing is going to happen today…I wonder what it is?” and it’s been a game changer for my energy, peace, mindset & manifestation. Oh…and i got new headshots. How y’all doing?✌🏾& ❤️

Two years of saying yes to our forever love—every single day. With each chapter of our lives, my love grows deeper for you.

I can’t believe my baby is ONE. It feels like just yesterday I was holding you in my arms for the very first time, completely in awe of this miracle God has trusted me with. And in the blink of an eye, with the help of an amazing supportive village, we’ve made it through sleepless nights, first smiles, wobbly steps, and so many unforgettable moments.

Marshall, you’ve grown so much—and so have I.

You’ve taught me patience. You’ve softened me. You’ve helped me see life through a brand new lens. Motherhood has stretched me in ways I never imagined, but it has also aligned me in the most beautiful way.
The late nights, the missed events, the lack of “me time”—they’re not sacrifices, they’re choices. Choices that reflect what truly matters to me—Loving you, protecting you, showing up for you.

It’s hard to believe it’s been 11 years since I started this journey with —an organization whose mission aligns so deeply with my passion for making sports more positive, accessible, & equitable. I’m grateful to live my values of connection, play, growth/development and impact through my work!

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most dedicated leaders in sports, speaking on incredible stages, facilitating hundreds of workshops & collaborating with impactful organizations that truly care about the next generation of athletes. Traveling across the country from coast to coast, I’ve witnessed the power of coaching, mentorship, & community in shaping young lives, & I’m beyond grateful to be part of this work.

To every colleague, partner, mentor, & friend who has been part of this journey—thank you. Your belief in this mission fuels me every day. Here’s to continuing the work and making an even bigger impact!

The Marti-Gras 35th Birthday party was a night to remember. My heart is overwhelmed with love and gratitude that folks came out to celebrate with me. Much love to my friends & family, and cheers to the next 35 years!!

I’m learning to live different—letting go of perfectionism, saying no, chasing experiences over things, embracing uncertainty, turning the tv off & reading more books, staying consistent, having compassion for my inner child, not taking things personally, letting go of control, having an abundance mindset, the list goes on…

Thank you for all of the birthday love & wishes! 35 years has taught me many lessons & brought me some beautiful experiences. I’m excited to see who I become in the next 35 years.
