Every day I commit to taking a 20-minute distraction-free walk in my neighborhood. That means no headphones, no music, no podcasts, no phone calls, no texts, no social media. The only thing I’ll pull my phone out for is to take photos or record birds and other creatures I see on my walks.

Here is a short clip of some bird sounds I heard the other day while on a walk. I wanted to share this with you incase you haven’t had a chance to get outside today, or maybe you are feeling stressed and would like a few seconds of peace. 😌
