S*x, Murder, Betrayal begins routinely as a scenario common to the manner in which most business relationships are conducted. Where it leads is totally unexpected, especially when a murder becomes the main focus of the story.
The location of the murder is in a small city where murder is a crime that is almost nonexistent. The investigative team includes an aging Irish American detective, within months of his retirement. His new partner is an Englishman, working part time, and having previously retired from Scotland Yard. This unlikely team, characters in their own right, work together in their assignment to solve the murder. The reader is brought along, step by step, with these two characters in their crime solving efforts.
