Summer is in bloom, and our residents are helping make the community even more beautiful!

As part of our annual Adopt-a-Pot tradition, residents selected and planted flowers that they'll care for throughout the summer season. From choosing colorful blooms to getting their hands in the soil, it was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and add a personal touch to our community.

The MorningStar Singers Chorus recently presented their show, Through the Decades, delighting the audience with songs that brought back cherished memories and celebrated the music of generations past.

Our team members recently gathered to celebrate their Wellness Award win, a well-deserved recognition of their dedication, compassion, and commitment to providing exceptional care and service.

This achievement reflects the hard work of an incredible team that goes above and beyond for residents every day. Congratulations to the entire RidgeGate team on this outstanding accomplishment. We are proud of all you do and grateful for the heart you bring to our community.

Our Life Enrichment team celebrated International Donut Day by delivering donuts to team members throughout the community as a small thank-you for all they do each day. It was a sweet way to recognize the hard work, dedication, and care that make our community such a special place.

A little sugar, a lot of appreciation, and plenty of smiles made for a wonderful celebration!

Our group of aspiring artists had a wonderful time at our Sip & Paint class.

This time, residents put their own creative spin on a Woodland Mushroom painting, and no two masterpieces were exactly alike. From bold colors to unique artistic touches, each canvas reflected its creator's imagination and personality.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day program led by our Veterans, followed by an outdoor BBQ hosted by Culinary in the courtyard. We also welcomed Jared Prewitt, who spoke about hope and his service in Afghanistan and Iraq, and survived a stroke at age 30. Incredible and inspiring story.

We had a blast during Sing Along Karaoke with Marquis.

Residents enjoyed singing along to favorite tunes, sharing plenty of laughs, and making wonderful memories together. The room was filled with music, smiles, and great energy from start to finish.

Thank you, Marquis, for helping make it such a fun and entertaining afternoon.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
At MorningStar, we are especially mindful of the sacrifices made by generations of heroes, including many veterans, family members, and loved ones who hold a special place in our hearts.
This Memorial Day, we reflect with gratitude, remember with respect, and honor those whose courage and sacrifice have helped preserve the freedoms we enjoy today.

Residents had a wonderful time during our outing to the Denver Aquarium.

From colorful fish and fascinating sea creatures to exploring the exhibits together, the day was filled with discovery, conversation, and plenty of smiles. It was a fin-tastic adventure enjoyed by all.
