Mama Said has been in the works for over a year now – it all started with the desire to work for myself and combine my passion for cooking, my heritage, and my love of food trucks. Mama Said is a way to pay homage and show gratitude to my mother and grandmothers for teaching me to spread love through food and family. It’s about carving out a Southern experience in Colorado.
