Boston Express is currently seeking applicants for a position on our team of Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities include making all of our callers and travelers feel comfortable and appreciated, swiftly and correctly completing transactions with our Windows-based ticketing computers, and performing light cleaning duties to keep our terminals in Southern New Hampshire sparkling.

New hires are thoroughly trained and can expect a very competitive hourly rate of up to $14.50 per hour to start. Boston Express is looking for a part-time (15-25 hours) ticket agent / customer service rep. We are accepting applications for afternoon and evening shifts for our Exit 5 – North Londonderry NH location. Open shifts require afternoon and evening availability (11 AM – 6 PM), with Saturday or Sunday availability a MUST for all applicants - please do not apply if you are not willing to work weekend shifts. This position requires someone who works well alone and is independent, as well as the ability to work in a team environment when necessary.

- Sell tickets and handle cash drawer

We are seeking an entry-level Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our professional maintenance team in our Londonderry, NH location. If you enjoy working on cars, doing brakes, tires, or oil changes, you may be a great fit for this opportunity. We have a modern bus fleet, state-of-the-art facilities, and a supportive, but independent work environment with opportunities for both learning and development.

You will be given in-depth training with our experienced technicians and will perform PM's, vehicle inspections, and minor repairs on a daily basis, all while growing your skillset. The hours are full-time and reliable all year long.

Boston Express is currently seeking applicants for a permanent position on our team of Customer Service Representatives for our Nashua NH location (located off Exit 8). Responsibilities include making all of our callers and travelers feel comfortable and appreciated, the ability to swiftly and correctly complete transactions with our Windows-based ticketing computers, and light cleaning duties to keep the terminal sparkling.

Boston Express is looking for a part-time, year-round ticket agent / customer service representative. This position is for 2-3 days per week for 15-20 hours total (depending on availability). The shift runs from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM on weekends. Weekend availability is required. Flexibility is a plus and candidates interested in filling in at other locations will be given extra consideration and may have the opportunity to work more hours. This is a great position if you like working independently and enjoy interacting with customers.

Columbus Day 2020

Boston Express will be operating a WEEKEND (SAT/SUN) SCHEDULE on Monday, October 12th - Columbus Day.
Please note that our Exit 4 - Londonderry and Manchester locations are closed (the first and only bus from Manchester to Boston will be at 8:10 AM). Our Tyngsboro location will open at 9:00 AM, Nashua will open at 5:45 AM, North Londonderry will open at 5:15 AM and Salem NH will open at 6:30 AM.
