The depts of misinformation and distortion are incredible. SoR does not equal phonics. This is being circulated amongst teacher groups in an effort to stop the forward movement of structured literacy for all students. Teachers, don't put up with this narrow-minded view of the vast body of evidence that is the SoR. Teachers in training, certified teachers, parents, and students deserve better. I put quotes that will knock your socks off in the comments.
