There is power in a union, y'all! 💥✊ Today, KFTC Union is headed to the bargaining table to negotiate our second contract.

We're a small (but mighty) union made up of Kentuckians from all corners of the state. We wouldn't be here today without the leadership of former staff who recognized KFTC would be a more equitable organization with the forming of a staff union. We have so much gratitude for our union siblings, today and every day.

KFTC union staff work alongside Kentuckians year-round to build power in our communities, because we know that we are stronger together!

Today is a sad day for our union. We have lost an amazing union member and leader, Jeff Lazenby. Jeff was a good man who was always willing to fight for the working class. May you rest in power, brother Jeff. Our deepest condolences to his family and all his friends around the Midwest.

North Fork residents have been left out and sidelined in this entire process. 45 days is not enough time for people to relocate their homes, some of whom have owned, and invested their lives in these homes for decades.
