The 4-H students at George’s Creek Elementary are having a plant “sale” this Sunday, May 3rd from 1-3 at George’s Creek Elementary! These students have grown everything from seed and have been up-potting them for weeks!
Plants available are: patio peppers, cherry tomatoes, slicing tomatoes, cayenne peppers, cantaloupe, many squash varieties, herbs and more!
Support these students, leave a donation (if you would like) and share with others along the Crick!

The City of Cumberland is pleased to announce that a ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of the Cumberland Skate Park will be held this Saturday, November 8th, 2025. The ceremony will be held at the Skate Park inside the Gene Mason Sports Complex and will begin at 11:00 am. The public is welcome to attend and celebrate the grand opening! The Cumberland Skate Park will be open to the public for use after the ribbon cutting.
