Every day we are fortunate to look out on fertile farmland, green hills with grazing animals and nearby vineyards. We drink water from a well, the same water used to grow the crops around us and the same water supply for the animals. It is hard not to be upset when we learn that CA public land is being auctioned off by the BLM to oil companies for "fracking", a process that contaminates the groundwater supply shared by farmers, ranchers, dairy farmers, and vineyards. Please join us in signing this petition to stop CA public land sales for the purpose of "fracking".
