Awaken Cardio Kickboxing is seeking a motivated and professional Group Fitness Instructor to join our growing team.

We are looking for an individual who views fitness as a long-term profession and is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching, values continued professional development, and is interested in building a career within the health and fitness industry.

At Awaken, our mission extends beyond leading workouts. We strive to create a supportive environment where women can improve their physical health, build confidence, and become stronger in every aspect of their lives. We are seeking a coach who shares that vision and is eager to contribute to the growth of our community.

Responsibilities include:

* Leading safe, engaging, and effective group fitness classes
* Creating a welcoming and encouraging member experience
* Building positive relationships with members
* Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and reliability
* Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
* Supporting studio events, programs, and community initiatives

Qualifications:

* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
* Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
* Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
* Willingness to learn, grow, and receive coaching
* Previous coaching or fitness experience preferred but not required
