A tribute to the most supportive husband I could ever ask for - Lord, thank you for allowing me to have the last almost 31 years of his life. He was my rock - I always knew he would be there no matter what - very sweet and understanding. Faithful beyond words.

Update!!!

God is so GOOD!!
I think all of our prayer warriors helped the squeaky wheel get oil!!
Del has made a HUGE turnaround in the last 18 hrs. The medical Dr for the hospital gave us the official word - NO BLOCKAGE -
Yesterday was a majorly hard day - for the 4th time we were told to get affairs in order he only had a few days - I listened but then asked if we could please start heavy on the most aggressive antibiotics - Dr said it wouldn’t matter because the obstruction was not going to go away and he was not a candidate for surgery. I asked if we could start them anyway - he told me I needed to meet reality - that Del had lived a nice long life and sometimes we needed to
Let nature take its course - I told him to please start the antibiotics as God was in control and let’s revisit in the morning- he agreed - well with all of your help God heard and turned this whole thing around - numbers are coming back into line - still have a ways to go with infection- but totally treatable - now inflammation is going down - he ate / rather drank his liquid diet lunch and dinner - it is all staying with him and intestines are definitely working!!
Respect the drs and their expertise- and we need them - but in my family God has the final say! And He ain’t ready for Del yet!!!

Prayers are working!
Please continue - white blood count has come down - we got along way to go but antibiotics seem to be working!!
Please say thank you to the Lord and continue to pray!
Lord I love you and please continue to work on Del -Amen!!

Need a whole lot of help -
We need prayer warriors!!
Del is in trouble with his cancer and dr’s are saying possibly could be infection - we are actually praying that it is infection that could be treated with antibiotics-
Please keep Del in your prayers and we pray that God’s will to be done / however- I don’t want to lose!
Lord you know I can’t be without Del - please Lord take this problem away as I know only you can - please and amen
