This one was special to me. I was informed it was hard to get a contractor to come out, but we were absolutely up for it! Some of the nicest customers we’ve got to do work for this year and we provided them a custom shower (no longer leaking like the old one) sitting on new subfloor, and new lvp, with a toilet swap and a paint job. So beautiful and hope they love it!

Was SO excited how this turned out! 🐿️ squirrels are adorable little creatures, until they start destroying your home! This way an ordorable little dojo, that was in need of a lot of love! So after all new soffit, fascia, among other wood repairs, new steps and handrails, we also got to roof, paint and trim some limbs to give this place not only safety from its little Inhabitants but a real beauty it has t seen in a while!

Got the chance to scrape these cielings and do a full repaint in this beautiful lake house! My favorite has to be how the fireplace blackout turned out. 🔥🔥

A little behind on posting so let’s catch up! loved being able to give this wonderful customer the cabinet space she was wanting! We then got the chance to do an interior paint and it is absolutely beautiful! Gray is the after photos. I’m loving the Georgia bulldog red 💪👏 always love to do out of the ordinary fun stuff for our customers! We also got to change her hot water heater for her. ALL OF MY CONTRACTOR AND REAL ESTATE AGENT FRIENDS!!! AND THOSE LOOKING FOR CONTRACTORS!! PLEASE BE AWARE! There are folks now going on and sending us to jobs that are homes for sale ect that don’t belong to them. I got burned with this once. Please don’t hesitate to call the agent and speak with them, I look up every property and speak to agents. This real estate company has even had scammers do this and contractors put in a brand new driveway, never got paid, no one to sue. I’m not sure what these scammers get out of this considering the property does not belong to them, but it definitely screws us out of time and money and god forbid if you’re an agent you have random people all over your properties especially some that may make your property worse instead of better doing bad work. This has been multiple times it has happened. We also had this happen ALOT with ANGIES LIST! Stay away from them as well! We pay for every customer we talk to when using an app like that most customers don’t know that and a lot are scams so contractors don’t waste your money, use thumbtack we had a lot better results. I don’t know what they get out of this as no money is being handed to them and no work is done for them but it hurts everyone else in the process!!

It’s a great day to have another happy customer! 😊😊 another chore list ✅ complete. We added on this porch roof, turned this old rotting landing into a new concrete one, added a gate for her furbabies, and then topped it off with a new easy access ramp for her new building 💪🔨 we really appreciate our customers! We couldn’t do it without y’all! 😊😊👏👏
