Because when reality feels heavy, when my mind won’t stop racing, and when heartbreak settles deeper than I’d like to admit, running is the one place where everything simplifies.
Just breathe. Just move. Just one more lap.
16 hours. 67 miles. Not exactly what I hoped for, but good enough for now. Not an escape from reality—just enough distance to face it again.

Officially a Bachelor, and not just of being single!
Graduated from Utah State University as an outstanding graduate with a major of Kinesiology and a focus in Exercise Science. Super grateful for the time I was able to spend as an Aggie 🤘🏼

50 miles of growth. The Dead Horse Ultramarathon pushed me to my limits and reminded me what gratitude truly feels like.
Grateful for the strength to take on this challenge, the support of those who believed in me, and the lessons learned with every step. It wasn’t just about crossing the finish line—it was about proving to myself that I’m capable of more than I ever thought possible.
To anyone chasing a big goal: keep going. The struggle is worth it. 💪
