What is greatness?

That has been a question I have asked myself for as long as I can remember. What does it take? What sacrifices must be made? I can’t say this is correct, but who knows. Maybe it isn’t a destination, but rather a daily process.

Greatness isn’t built on motivation—it’s built on discipline.

The early mornings. The extra reps. The sacrifices no one sees. The days you show up when you don’t feel like it, and there will always be those days. That’s where greatness is made.

Temporary discomfort is the price of lasting growth. Don’t let today’s struggle keep you from tomorrow’s reward. Stay committed to the process, embrace the hard work, and keep moving forward.

The pain won’t last. The discipline will.

Lessons were learned.

Growth often begins when comfort ends. That confidence isn’t built from feeling strong—it’s built from continuing when you don’t. And that some of life’s most valuable lessons are learned when you’re stripped down to the essentials: faith, grit, humility, and the willingness to keep going.

One lap at a time, the miles revealed what was underneath the noise.

Grateful for the challenge. Even more grateful for what it taught me.

Everything is blurred when I run.

Maybe that’s why I keep coming back.

Because when reality feels heavy, when my mind won’t stop racing, and when heartbreak settles deeper than I’d like to admit, running is the one place where everything simplifies.

Just breathe. Just move. Just one more lap.

16 hours. 67 miles. Not exactly what I hoped for, but good enough for now. Not an escape from reality—just enough distance to face it again.
