QA LAB TECH — $17.00/HR

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM until finish, with some Saturdays required.

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented QA Lab Technician with strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills. This position requires someone who understands the importance of following policies and procedures exactly and completing required testing and documentation in real time.

Accuracy and accountability are extremely important. For example, if a metal detector test is completed at 1:01 PM, the next required hourly test must be completed at 2:01 PM. All test results and numbers must be recorded immediately in the proper system or documentation—not written on scrap paper or Post-it notes to be entered later.

The ideal candidate will be organized, attentive to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively with team members and management.

BRINE MAKER — QA LAB

The Brine Maker works as part of the QA Lab team and is responsible for accurately preparing brine according to the client’s established recipes and procedures.

Candidates must be strong in basic math, able to accurately measure and calculate ingredients, and capable of following recipes and instructions exactly. This position also requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Because product quality depends on consistency and accuracy, we are looking for someone who takes procedures seriously, pays close attention to measurements, and understands that shortcuts are not acceptable when it comes to quality and food safety.
