Steam kettle not heating. Found a bad thermostat replaced it and it’s back cooking.

Scotsman ice machine repair. Out of refrigerant found a leak at the evaporator patched it up and we’re back in business.

Henny penny pressure fryer with a clogged steam solenoid. Clean the solenoid and their back frying the chicken.

Fry warmer not keeping the fries warm turns out the fan motor bearing needed some l**e. Little WD on there and it’s spinning like a too and keeping the fries nice and hot. 🔥🍟

Deli cooler not working. Shorted compressor wire replaced and new thermostat and it’s back cooling properly again.✅

Manitowoc ice machine repaired. Water was turned off which caused the ice machine to shut down. Got the water back on and it’s back dropping ice again.❄️🧊❄️🧊

Another Antunes Toaster belt change.

Flat top grill repair. Pilot/Burner wouldn’t light because bad regulator. Replaced the regulator and the grill is fired up again.✅

Temperature control and probes replaced on this Merco Cold rail.

208v receptacle installed for a new piece of equipment.✅

Installed a new temperature control on this Hoshizaki Cooler.

Discharge service valve replacement.
