Slow Spokes is officially in Lockport! Wide Waters Grill will be the host of Slow Spokes bike rides every Friday at 530pm starting at the end of May! 767 Market st. Lockport

Slow Spokes is a group of friends and families dedicated to sharing the joy of group cycling and promoting bicycle safety across Buffalo, North Tonawanda, Lewiston, Olcott, and Lockport. Whether you are an experienced rider or just getting started, Slow Spokes brings people together through fun, safe, and social group rides.

Our goal is simple: bring cyclists together, build community, and create a welcoming space for riders of all skill levels.

Join us at Wide Waters every Friday this summer for great food and drinks, live music, weekly raffles and prizes from Bert's Bikes & Fitness and a nice bike ride on the Erie canal in Lockport!
