Good morning!
Yesterday was the 3rd time in Doel Strong History I was blown off for an order! 🤬
Not only did I have the order done on time..
But with the specifics for EACH shirt ordered .. the DTF image requested was printed and pressed..
The wording for each individual shirt was exactly how they wanted..n I was told to “free style it” so I did half vinyls half DTF!
6 shirts!! My time!!! My stress!! Exactly HOW the CUSTOMER wanted them… and you BLOW ME off!
(Even reconfirmed before making the DTF prints)
The only thing I did wrong… was NOT make her pay IN FULL upfront!! I know.. I know.. I HAVE TO!!! I Just didn’t expect this!!!
I’m very upset.. I work hard.. especially when people ask for things THEY want!! Designed EXACTLY how they want!!!
Word of advice… don’t screw over a small business because ur not taking money from a CORPORATION … ur taking money from a FAMILY !
