So all of our Homes are priced standard with radiant floor heat.... When it comes to these systems I have no choice but to Brag about this guy and his Team! Russ Larsen is not only one of the kindest most knowledgeable people you will ever meet, but his level of meticulousness is unmatched! Look at this art work

I haven't done any updates in a LONG time, besides building houses I am a mom of 5 (yes I said 5 and Yes I am also done 🤷‍♀️).

In any event, here is a little photo dump of what we have been up to over the past 5 months.

If you are in the market for appliances Or installing, upgrading, or maintaining your HVAC. Radiant Floor heating, Russ is amazing. His knowledge of every different system, along with green energy solutions, is incredible. I couldn't more highly recommend this crew.

A rare photo of the talent behind the structure of this build. As the builder, I coordinate the chaos, but these guys put in the hard work. Without their skill, knowledge and craftsmanship there would be not only no structure but it wouldn't be nearly as Beautiful as it is. Plenty of people can throw up a pole barn, but the finess these guys possess is second to none. I am eternally grateful to have them on site.

So much progress this week!!! We have metal up, the beginning of a wrap around porch, a beautiful gable truss designed by Casey Rohring of Compass North (an unsung hero of this build because he doesn't FB) plus more, these guys have been cooking!

Next week work begins inside! As the guys with Compass North finish the exterior, Jeff will be out pouring a haunch for the second floor, putting in a perimeter of rigid board and then grading some more stone!
